dog and date back to the Pharaohs in ancient Egypt. It's also the
only dog to be mentioned in The Bible.

MoKan is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation for the purpose of
finding homes for ex-racing
greyhounds and educating the public on the suitability and
availability of greyhounds as pets. GPA MoKan is a
chapter of Greyhound Pets of America which is the largest non-profit
greyhound adoption group, and since it opened its doors in 1987 has
adopted over 60,000 greyhounds into loving homes. Our
programs depend on donations and volunteers to accomplish our
wonderful mission. All funds go directly to our programs; the
organization is comprised solely of volunteers.
